    Ive used gainsborough grill for awhile, their food can be a hit or miss depending what you get but with all honesty I have never had a complaint, I normally get a pizza or their wraps which have always been delicious as a treat once in awhile. This time I requested a heart shaped Pizza as a Surprise for my partner on our date night and I couldnt believe they actually went through with it, I was surprised myself and it was incredibly sweet and for that I thank Gainsborough Grill, it was just perfect! Recommend for a cheeky monthly takeaway

    Have ordered from here on a number of occasions and never been disappointed. Delivery takes a little longer as we are all the way out in Leverton, but we don’t mind waiting and the food always arrives nice and hot. Fantastic value which is hard to come by these days. Pizza’s really tasty and very generous portions, we always have some left over for the next day. Also the kebabs are very tasty and moist, the salad is always nice and fresh. Gainsborough Grill is always our first choice

    This is our favourite takeaway, the food is addictive, especially the BBQ pizza. However, their delivery is terrible. Delivery usually takes at least half an hour to an hour and half later than the estimated delivery time.This time we ordered in advance estimating a delay again but delivery appears to be getting longer every time and we waited over hours. Really love the food, but the delivery definitely puts us off ordering often.

    Whoever was answering the phone needs to learn how to speak to people properly. Only ordered a inch margarita pizza and waited hours for it, drove down to the shop and the guy was as rude in person as he was over the phone. No apology, nothing, kept telling me before I’d drove down that ‘it’ll just be another minutes’, and whilst I was at the shop he was feeding the same lies to other people and just claiming that they were busy. Get that they might’ve been busy but could at least be honest with people rather than telling them that their food is coming in a few minutes still hours after they placed their order. Think google would remove my review if I used honest words to describe the meatball who runs the place
